Preliminary exploration of milling and sand flushing technology for continuous oil pipe fish casing
After sand sticking in continuous tubing,it is generally subjected to strong activity, induced spraying, oscillation, etc.for unblocking.During the unblocking process, solid particles in the annulus further deposit and form a dense sand plug, resulting in the failure of the continuous tubing operation machine to unblock. Therefore,it is necessary to use a workover rig for the unblocking operation of milling and flushing sand.Due to the characteristics of coiled tubing bending, sticking to the wellbore wall, and being easily broken,it is necessary to determine the milling process parameters, protect the fish from falling, and avoid the complexity of the downhole situation. This article proposes a design concept for a special milling tool for the 2 continuous oil pipe falling fish inside a 51/2 casing, and explores the relevant parameters during the fish feeding and milling process during milling and sand flushing, providing reference for practical construction.
