摘要

某炼油厂硫磺装置三级冷凝器冷凝器(E102)管束外、内壁均有腐蚀发生.通过对冷凝器器进行材质分析、金相检验及电镜分析后结合工艺流程综合判断.结果表明,E102 管束有其外壁发生的腐蚀穿孔应该是由溶解氧腐蚀造成,管束内壁的腐蚀性质为管内过程气介质的腐蚀.

Abstract

Corrosion occurred both outside and inside the tube bundle of the condenser(E102)in the three-stage condenser of a sulfur plant in a refinery.Through material analysis,metallographic inspection and electron microscope analysis of the condenser combined with the comprehensive judgment of the process flow.The results show that the corrosion perforation of the outer wall of the E102 tube bundle should be caused by the corrosion of dissolved oxygen,and the corrosion property of the inner wall of the tube bundle is the corrosion of the process gas medium in the tube.
