Analysis and optimization of fouling in white smoke abatement facilities of FCC unit
The purpose of this study is to discuss the scaling problem of white smoke removal facilities in catalytic cracking units.Based on the analysis of the field data of the catalytic cracking unit with flue gas whitening facilities, the causes of scaling, influencing factors and effective solutions are described in detail. It is found that the flue gas line speed and the heat transfer temperature of the white smoke removal facility are the key factors affecting the scale formation.By optimizing operation parameters, the scaling rate can be significantly reduced, and the long cycle and stability of the device can be improved.
