摘要
DSM作为璇玑系统的中控,其压力传感器参数测量的准确度,对于钻井参数控制起到参考作用,直接关系到井下设备作业质量.该装置可在电路骨架维保时进行井眼、环空两个传感器的压力测试,从而提升维保质量,与此同时,不需要单独拆卸压力传感器及主控板前往压力标定台进行压力测试,提升维保效率.
Abstract
As the central control of the Xuanji system,the accuracy of pressure sensor parameter measurement in DSM plays a reference role in drilling parameter control and directly affects the quality of downhole equipment operation.This device can perform pressure testing on the wellbore and annulus sensors during circuit skeleton maintenance,thereby improving maintenance quality.At the same time,there is no need to disassemble the pressure sensor and main control board separately to go to the pressure calibration table for pressure testing,improving maintenance efficiency.
