摘要
钢悬链立管(SCR)是深水油气开发的重要立管形式,为提供钢悬链立管多种海上平台悬挂解决方案.主要综述了深水钢悬链立管钛合金应力接头的发展和研究现状,从结构设计、制造工艺等方面阐述应力接头的设计及制造研究概况,讨论钛合金应力接头的研究水平,指出应力接头结构设计研究和制造技术研究为钢悬链立管钛合金应力接头国产化的研究方向.
Abstract
Steel Catenary Riser(SCR)is an important riser form for deepwater oil and gas development,in order to provide a variety of offshore platform hanging solutions for SCR,this paper gives an overview of the development and current research status of the titanium alloy stress joints of deepwater steel catenary risers for the application of offshore floating platforms,and discusses the current domestic titanium alloy stress joint design and manufacturing technology research.The paper illustrates the design and manufacture of stress joints,discusses the current research level of titanium alloy stress joints,and points out that the research on the structural design and the study on the manufacturing technology is the research direction for the localization of titanium alloy stress joints for steel catenary risers.
