长输天然气管道是我国能源发展的生命线,国内先后建成投用了西气东输一线、西气东输二线等长输管道.不可避免要与黄河、长江等发生交叉穿越,形成控制性穿越隧道.其中一些为水封隧道.因为管道在水中会产生浮力.造成注水前后管道的受力情况发生变化,水封隧道中的管道约束成为一个棘手的课题.根据某处水封隧道内管道的现场检测过程,对隧道内管道在注水前后的受力情况进行了研究.
Discussion on the Stress Problems of Natural Gas Pipelinesin Water Sealed Tunnels
The long-distance natural gas pipeline is the lifeline of China's energy development.China has successively built and put into use long-distance pipelines such as the West East Gas Pipeline 1 and the West East Gas Pipeline 2.It is inevitable to cross the Yellow River,Yangtze River,and other areas,forming a controlled crossing tunnel.Some of them are water sealed tunnels.Because pipelines generate buoyancy in water.The change in the stress situation of the pipeline before and after water injection makes the constraint of the pipeline in the water sealed tunnel a thorny issue.This article studies the stress situation of the pipeline inside a water sealed tunnel before and after water injection based on the on-site inspection process of the pipeline.
