Research on Reliability-Based Maintenance of Petrochemical Equipment and Its Management Model
With the iterative upgrading of petrochemical equipment and the gradual complexity of the usage scenarios,the existing maintenance management mode has frequent problems and lagging efficiency,and more efficient maintenance management is needed.Reliability-based maintenance management(RCM)becomes the key to optimise the maintenance strategy and improve the reliability,safety and efficiency of petrochemical equipment through holistic analysis and logical decision.At the same time,the reliability-based maintenance management model is constructed,the mechanism is improved,and the data management is strengthened to ensure the efficient,stable and sustainable development of petrochemical enterprises.
