The characteristic of hydrogen and oxygen in low-rank coal In northern Shaanxi constrained by coal-forming environment
Low rank coal is the main subject for coal utilization, but the understanding of the geological occurrence laws of coal quality needs to be further deepened. This article takes low rank coal in northern Shaanxi as the object, and through coal facies analysis. It is found that there are certain differences in coal facies characteristics among different coal seams. From bottom to top,the overall performance is that the water cover depth of the peat swamp during the coal formation period gradually increases, and the woody tissue gradually decreases. The deeper the water cover, the higher the hydrogen content in coal; The more woody tissue there is,the less hydrogen and higher oxygen content in coal.
