结合某石油炼化企业液化气球罐的工程设计实例,从液化烃球罐设计参数的确定、安全阀设计、二次脱水、仪表监控、紧急切断阀、注水系统、防雷防静电、消防设计等方面论述了液化烃球罐安全设计要点,以期保障液化烃球罐的安全运行提供借鉴.
Abstract
Drawing from the engineering design of LPG spherical tanks at a petroleum refining enterprise,this article introduces the key points of safety design for liquefied hydrocarbon spherical tanks,covering aspects such as determining design parameters,designing safety valves,secondary dehydration,instrument monitoring,emergency shut-off valves,water injection systems,lightning and static electricity protection,and fire protection design.This ensures the safe operation of liquefied hydrocarbon spherical tanks.
