液化烃储罐投用及检修前置换节能探讨

新建液化烃储罐投用前,需对储罐内空气进行置换,降低储罐内气体中氧含量<3%。储存过液化烃储罐检修前需对罐内烃气体进行置换,若储存烃的爆炸下限≥4%,置换后罐内气体的烃含量要求≤0。5%;若储存烃的爆炸下限<4%时,置换后罐内气体烃含量要求≤0。2%。在石化行业,通常采用的方法有水置换法和氮气置换法,由于水置换法使用过的水需要二次处理(目前储罐都趋于大型化,一般都有几千立方米),会增加企业污水处理场负荷和水处理成本,我国是个淡水资缺乏的国家(特别是北方地区),用水置换法也会造成水资源的浪费,故通常采用氮气置换法。
Exploration of Energy Conservation through Replacement of Liquefied Hydrocarbon Storage Tanks Before Operation and Maintenance
Before the new liquefied hydrocarbon storage tank is put into use,it is necessary to replace the air inside the tank to reduce the oxygen content in the gas inside the tank by less than 3%Before maintenance of liquefied hydrocarbon storage tanks,it is necessary to replace the hydrocarbon gas inside the tank.If the lower explosive limit of the stored hydrocarbons is≥4%,the hydrocarbon content of the gas inside the tank after replacement is required to be not more than 0.5%;If the lower explosive limit of stored hydrocarbons is less than 4%,the hydrocarbon content in the gas in the tank after replacement is required to be not more than 0.2%.In the petrochemical industry,the commonly used methods include water replacement method and nitrogen replacement method.Due to the need for secondary treatment of the water used by water replacement method(currently,storage tanks tend to be larger,usually several thousand cubic meters),it will increase the load of enterprise sewage treatment plants and water treatment costs.China is a country lacking freshwater resources(especially in the northern region),and water replacement method will also cause waste of water resources,so nitrogen replacement method is usually used.
