桥塞压裂一体化管柱在渤海油田的研究与应用

近年来,低渗压裂作业在渤海油田逐渐拉开序幕,低渗压裂作业取得了十分可观的作业效果,其中在渤海油田成功摸索和应用的"一趟多层拖动"压裂管柱,在已经应用的多口井压裂作业中,取得了良好效果,常规井分层压裂作业可以使用"一趟多层拖动"压裂作业模式,但是对于大斜度井和水平井分层压裂并不适用,填砂作业难度和风险较大,无法发挥"一趟多层拖动"压裂管柱作业优势,因此需要对大斜度井和水平井压裂作业管柱进行重新设计,提出桥塞压裂一体化管柱工艺,并在渤海油田成功应用,取得了良好效果。
Research and application of integrated bridge plug fracturing string in Bohai oilfield
In recent years,low-permeability fracturing operations have gradually begun in Bohai oil field,and the low-permeability fracturing operations have achieved considerable operational results.Among them,the one-trip multi-layer drive fracturing string successfully explored and applied in Bohai oil field has achieved good results in the already applied fracturing operations of multiple Wells.However,it is not applicable to the stratified fracturing of highly inclined Wells and horizontal Wells,because the sand filling operation is difficult and risky,and the advantages of one-run multi-layer drive fracturing string cannot be played.Therefore,it is necessary to redesign the fracturing string of highly inclined Wells and horizontal Wells,propose the integrated bridge plug fracturing string technology,and successfully apply it in Bohai oil field with good results.
