某设备制造厂在换热器制造完成后渗透(PT)检测发现,换热管出现线性显示缺陷.采用直读光谱分析、光学显微镜金相组织分析、非金属夹杂物分析、晶间腐蚀试验分析、扫描电镜(SEM)分析等方法,对TP316L不锈钢换热管缺陷进行分析,结果表明该缺陷为钢管生产过程中冷轧时产生的折迭,在后续换热器制造时的穿管、胀管、焊接后扩展,PT检测时出现线性显示.这一结论为金属管材类产品的工业化大生产的产品质量保障提供了有力的参考.
Failure analysis of TP316L stainless steel of heat exchange tube
A linear display defect was found in the heat exchange tube during PT test after the heat exchanger was manufactured of an equipment manufacturer.The defects of TP316L stainless steel heat exchange tube was analyzed by direct-reading spectrometer,optical microscope metallographic analysis,non-metallic inclusion analysis,intergranular corrosion test analysis,SEM analysis.The results showed that the defects were folded during cold rolling during the production of steel tube,and expanded after threading,expanding and welding during subsequent heat exchanger manufacturing.A linear display appears when PT is detected.This conclusion provides a powerful reference for the product quality assurance of industrial mass production of metal tube products.
