摘要

通过开展钢悬链立管应力接头国际专利的检索工作,进行全景态势分析及关键技术分析.结果表明全球共申请钢悬链立管应力接头相关专利 150 项;中国应力接头领域目前布局专利较少仅有 18 项.应力接头结构形式主要分为活动接头和固定接头,活动接头分为支架式和悬挂式两类.固定接头分为两段式、锥形式及其它类型.钛合金应力接头相关专利有 15 项,建议重点关注专利US10023942B2 以及专利US6467545B1.

Abstract

By conducting a search of international patents of Steel Catenary Riser,the patent technology in the field of SCR stress joints has been analyzed in panoramic situation and key technology.The results show that a total of 150 patents related to steel catenary riser stress joints have been applied for in the world;there are only 18 patents in the field of stress joints in China.The structural form of stress joints is mainly divided into movable joints and fixed joints,and movable joints are divided into two categories:bracket type and hanging type.Fixed joints are categorized as two-part,tapered and other types.There are 15 patents related to titanium alloy stress joints,it is recommended to focus on patent US10023942B2 and patent US6467545B1.
