摘要

基于近年来国内外阻垢剂的研究进展,主要介绍了从膦基阻垢剂、高分子聚合物阻垢剂、聚羧酸阻垢剂、纳米阻垢剂,分析了不同类型阻垢剂的特点和阻垢性能,从螯合增溶、晶格畸变和分散作用等方面阐述了阻垢机理,以期为阻垢剂研发和适应油田现场使用提供借鉴意义.

Abstract

In recent years,the research progress of scale inhibitors at home and abroad is introduced.The characteristics and scale inhibition performance of different types of scale inhibitors are analyzed from the perspective of phosphine based scale inhibitors,polymer scale inhibitors,polycarboxylic acid scale inhibitors and nano scale inhibitors.The scale inhibition mechanism is expounded from the aspects of chelation and dissolution,lattice distortion and dispersion,etc.,which provides certain reference significance for the development and application of scale inhibitors in the oilfield.
