基于事故树分析方法,以某石油库一起雷击引发火灾的案例为基础,对油罐区安全进行评价。通过构建故障树模型,识别了导致油罐火灾和爆炸的 40 个基本事件,并使用最小路径集确定了顶上事件的故障模式。通过模糊故障树分析,将专家意见转化为模糊数值,并计算了顶上事件的概率。进一步进行了敏感性和重要性分析,发现罐区通风不良是导致事故的最关键因素。研究结果为提升油罐区安全性提供了重要参考。
Research on safety evaluation of oil storage tank area based on accident tree analysis
Based on the accident tree analysis method,this study evaluated the safety of the oil tank area based on the case of a fire caused by a lightning strike in an oil depot.By building a fault tree model,40 basic events leading to oil tank fire and explosion are identified,and the fault mode of top events is determined using the minimum path set.Through fuzzy fault tree analysis,expert opinions are converted into fuzzy values,and the probability of top-level events is calculated.The sensitivity and significance analysis is further carried out,and it is found that poor ventilation in tank farm is the most critical factor leading to the accident.The research results provide an important reference for improving the safety of oil tank area.
