摘要

针对某装置储罐案例,运用有限元进行建模,对最危险工况进行了结构分析,提出了一种加强筋带垫板的加强结构,并在某新建装置中实施,并对此类型式储罐的设计提供了有效的思路和参考.

Abstract

According to the case of a storage tank in a plant,the finite element method is used for modeling,and the most dangerous working condition is analyzed.A kind of reinforced structure with stiffener and backing plate is proposed,which is implemented in a new plant and is in safe operation at present.It provides an effective idea and reference for the design of this type of storage tank.
