The study aims to explore the feasibility and advantages of applying thermoset polyurethane(PU)composites in protective coatings.A variety of modification methods were used in the study,including the preparation of polyurethane/polymethacrylate(PU/PMMA)composites by blending method,and the introduction of Kevlar fiber(Kevlar)reinforcement material modification.By evaluating the wear resistance of different materials,the results showed that polyurethane/polymethacrylate/Kevlar fibers(PU/PMMA/K)wear composites containing 20%(w)polymethacrylate(PMMA)and 1%(w)Kevlar fibers exhibited the best wear resistance.
