In order to effectively strengthen the management of the corrosion risk under the insulation layer of offshore pressure pipeline,based on the field investigation of the pressure pipeline of a floating production,storage and unloading unit(FPSO)of offshore oil,the corrosion situation under the insulation layer of offshore pressure pipeline is comprehensively analyzed,and targeted management strategies are studied and formulated to optimize the maintenance cost under the premise of controlling the risk of pressure pipeline.Finally,the risk management and control of equipment and facilities are highly unified with economic benefits.
