This article designs the prefabrication construction technology for the platform of Pressure safety valves(PSV)in Longkou LNG tank,specifies the technical preparation,construction methods,acceptance standards for foundations and steel components,and determines the inspection method and installation process.The PSV is divided into three frames and pipes for prefabrication and installation,connecting the crossbeam and slant support for fixation,and finally laying the pipes.The construction of the platform ensures the safety of LNG in transit,storage and pipeline transportation.
