摘要
针对海洋工程中双井口吸力桩的下放安装工艺进行了深入研究.由于双井口吸力桩下放安装在业界尚无先例,首先回顾了海洋工程用吸力基础及单井口吸力桩的下入安装流程,然后结合双井口吸力桩的结构特点和具体下入条件,进行了相应的工艺改进.研究提出了一套完整的双井口吸力桩下放安装工艺流程,包括工厂预制、装船固定、设备调试、海上运输、吊装准备、吊装、吸力桩重力沉贯、吸力桩负压贯入以及施工机具回收等步骤.研究的成果对于指导实际的海洋工程作业具有重要的理论和实践意义.
Abstract
This paper conducts an in-depth study on the installation process of the double wellhead suction piles in marine engineering.As there are no precedents for the installation of double wellhead suction piles,this study first reviews the installation process of suction foundations and single wellhead suction piles in marine engineering.Then,based on the structural characteristics and specific installation conditions of double wellhead suction piles,the corresponding process improvements are made.A complete set of installation processes for double wellhead suction piles is proposed,including factory prefabrication,ship loading and fixation,equipment debugging,marine transportation,lifting preparation,lifting,gravity penetration of suction piles,negative pressure penetration of suction piles,and recovery of construction machinery and equipment.The results of this study are of significant theoretical and practical importance for guiding actual marine engineering operations.
