Study on stable output technology of dry distillation allowance
In the Fushun low-temperature dry distillation process,each dry distillation production unit mainly consists of 20 dry distillation furnaces,3 heating furnaces,and a gas purification and recovery system.The heating furnace is the equipment that supplies heat to the heat carrier.Due to the working mechanism of the three heating furnaces being on a rotating schedule,when one heating furnace's heating capacity is insufficient,another heating furnace is started to replace it.During the time when the two heating furnaces are being switched,the system's gas flow and pressure fluctuate.After the switch is completed,the system returns to stability.Due to the fluctuations generated by the switching equipment,they are transmitted to the remaining gas system,causing the equipment that uses the remaining gas as fuel to be unable to operate stably.Therefore,an upgrade and innovation of the existing process is needed to solve these problems.
