Research on Intelligent Completion System of Single Tubing Hydraulic Control Sliding Sleeve
This article introduces the intelligent completions,a technology that realizes closed-loop control of downhole fluids,which is capable of monitoring,analyzing information,and proactively implementing control in a continuous information-feedback closed-loop system to accomplish almost real-time operations.The technology can be used to regulate and control separated layer oil production according to reservoir characteristics,realizing multi-layer oil exploitation or separated layer oil exploitation,increasing oil and gas production,accelerating production,regulating production,and switching layers without shutting down production and wire-line work,reducing the related production and operation costs and risks.At present,this technology has been widely used in a number of oil and gas fields at home and abroad,and has achieved good results.This article proposes a scheme of using single tubing hydraulic control sliding sleeve as a downhole control module to realize the function of intelligent completion,which has been successfully applied in CNOOC offshore oilfields,solving the problem of intelligent control of downhole large diameter and adjustable opening,and the use of the effect is good.
