Research on Integrity Testing and Evaluation Technology for Oil and Gas Gathering and Transportation Pipelines
With the deepening of oilfield development and construction,corrosion factors such as rising water content in crude oil and high mineralization of extracted fluids have increased,leading to increasingly prominent surface pipeline corrosion problems.After the promulgation and implementation of the new two laws,higher requirements have been put forward for safety and environmental protection.Oil and gas gathering and transportation pipelines are complex and diverse,with long operating years and significant safety hazards.This article conducts research on the application of integrity management in oil and gas gathering and transportation pipelines,and establishes a five step cycle system architecture and application for integrity management.In order to adapt to the new situation of oilfield development,regulatory units need to continuously strengthen research on oilfield corrosion and protection technology,assist in long-term stable production of oilfields,and promote the construction of green mines.
