Analysis of the Anti Deviation Effect of Small Angle Single Bend Screw Drilling Tool Combination in Tahe Oilfield
Aiming at the problems of poor stability of PDC drill bits at high speeds,difficulty in controlling well inclination,and increased pressure during drilling in the lower strata caused by lateral forces at the drill bit,which resulted in increased well inclination,the PDC+straight screw pendulum drilling tool combination was improved and applied for force analysis,and the PDC+single bending screw drilling tool combination screw drilling tool combination process was optimized.Comparing the anti deviation effects of two processes,the inclination angle of the well has significantly decreased.On site application of 17 wells,the single bending screw has good anti jamming and anti deviation functions in the straight section,improving the mechanical drilling speed,shortening the drilling cycle,and reducing drilling costs.
