渤中 29-6 油田油气资源丰富,具有较高的开发价值.由于开发位置区域限制性,只能采取超大位移钻井进行开发.但油田主要储油存在地层疏松,失稳周期短,井壁易垮塌;断层多,安全密度窗口小,清洁井眼要求高,漏失风险大,摩阻扭矩大等各种难题.针对上述问题,从钻井液角度对渤中29-6 超大位移井井壁稳定、井眼清洁、防漏堵漏、储层保护几个方面进行技术分析,结合渤海以及国内现有钻井液技术,给出解决方案,阐明渤中 29-6 油田超大位移井钻井液技术可行性,同时为渤海区域各油田提供超大位移井的开发提供新钻井液技术思路.
Feasibility analysis of drilling fluid technology for ultra large displacement wells in Bozhong 29-6 oilfield
Bozhong 29-6 oilfield is rich in oil and gas resources and has high development value.Due to the limitation of the development location area,only super-large displacement drilling can be used for development.However,the main oil storage problems include loose formation,short instability cycle,easy well wall collapse,many faults,small safety density window,high requirements for cleaning the hole,high leakage risk and high friction torque.From the perspective of drilling fluid in this paper,29-6 large displacement well wall stability,hole cleaning,leakage prevention,reservoir protection,combining the bohai sea and the existing drilling fluid technology,give solutions,illustrate the technical feasibility of 29-6 oilfield large displacement drilling fluid,and provide new drilling fluid technology.
