Research and application progress in zero discharge treatment technology of desulphurization wastewater from coal-fired power plants
This article provides an overview of the generation and water quality characteristics of flue-gas desulfurization wastewater from coal-fired power plants. It compares two zero-discharge treatment technologies for desulfurization wastewater:one based on pretreatment+nanofiltration+reverse osmosis+evaporative crystallization and the other based on multi-effect evaporation concentration+high-temperature flue gas evaporation. The membrane-process route mature and reliable, capable of realizing the resource utilization of inorganic salts, but it has higher investment and operating costs. The thermal-process route does not require softening pretreatment,is simple to operate and maintain, and can achieve the complete recovery and utilization of water, offering a broad application prospect.
