摘要
新疆某化工企业采用结构优化的厌氧反应器(EGSB)即高效厌氧反应器处理 1,4-丁二醇(BDO)生产废水.实际处理效果表明该EGSB处理BDO废水具有显著的优势,其化学需氧量(COD)去除率可稳定保持在 75%~85%之间,通过选用EGSB高效厌氧反应器,有助于微生物完成充分驯化,提高厌氧系统的抗冲击性能.该项目的设计与调试运行经验,为国内外类似有机工业废水处理提供参考.
Abstract
A chemical company in Xinjiang Has adopted an optimized Expanded Granular Sludge Bed(EGSB)reactor to treat BDO production wastewater.Actual treatment results show that this EGSB reactor Has significant advantages in treating BDO wastewater,with the chemical Oxygen Demand(COD)removal rate stably maintained between 75%and 85%.The use of an EGSB reactor Helps microorganisms undergo full acclimatization,enhancing the anaerobic system's resistance to shock loads.The design and commissioning experience of this project provides a reference for the treatment of similar organic industrial wastewater both domestically and internationally.
