摘要
针对燃煤电厂的 340 MW燃煤机组的化学团聚强化除尘系统的运行进行了分析,提出化学团聚强化除尘系统协同脱硫废液零排放的改造方案,以提升强化细飞灰颗粒脱除效率和脱硫废液零排放的需求,在燃煤机组的节能减排方面具有重大应用价值.
Abstract
The ultra-low emission of particulate matter and waste liquid treatment of coal-fired units urgently need effective treatment methods.In this paper,the operation of chemical agglomeration enhanced dust removal system of a 340MW coal-fired unit is analyzed.This paper puts forward the transformation scheme of chemical agglomeration enhanced dust removal system in collaboration with zero discharge of desulfurization waste liquid,which can meet the demand of enhanced removal efficiency of fine fly ash particles and zero discharge of desulfurization waste liquid at the same time,and Has great application value in energy saving and emission reduction of coal-fired units.
