改性SiO2补强RTV透明硅橡胶的制备及其性能研究

以烷氧基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷为基体,分别添加六甲基二硅氧烷-SiO2、二甲基氯硅烷-SiO2和六甲基二硅氮烷-SiO2 作补强填料,甲基三甲氧基硅烷作交联剂、辛基锡作催化剂等,制备成脱甲醇缩合型的室温硫化(RTV)透明硅橡胶,并采用微电脑拉力试验机、扫描电镜等多种表征设备对硅橡胶的力学性能、微观形貌和老化性能等特性进行表征分析。结果表明,改性二氧化硅填料与烷氧基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷的混合比例为 1:10 时,大比表面积硅氧烷-SiO2 补强的透明型硅橡胶的透明度较高;撕裂强度、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为 11。75 N/mm、1。83 MPa和 434%。
Preparation and properties of RTV transparent silicone rubber reinforced by modified silica
The demethanol condensation type RT-vulcanized silicone rubber was prepared by adding Hexamethyldisiloxane-sio2,dimethylchlorosilane-sio2 and Hexamethyldisilazane-sio2 as reinforcing filler,methyltrimethoxy-silane as crosslinking agent and octyl tin as catalyst on alkoxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane as matrix.The mechanical properties,micro-morphology and aging properties of silicone rubber were characterized by microcomputer tensile testing machine,scanning electron microscopy and other characterization equipment.The results show that when the mixing ratio of modified silica filler and alkoxy terminated polydimethylsiloxane is 1∶10,the transparent silicone rubber reinforced with large specific surface area siloxane-sio2 Has the Highest transparency.The tear strength,tensile strength and elongation at break were 11.75 n/mm,1.83 MPa and 434%,respectively.
