纳米金刚石和石墨烯微片对聚苯硫醚结晶行为及热性能的影响研究

探讨了纳米金刚石(ND)和石墨烯微片(GNP)对聚苯硫醚(PPS)结晶行为及热性能的影响。通过熔融共混法制备了PPS/ND和PPS/GNP复合材料,发现ND和GNP的添加显著提高了PPS的结晶温度,并加快了结晶速率,并提出了热导性能。
Study on the effect of nanodiamond and graphene microfilms on the crystallization behavior and thermal properties of polyphenylene sulfide
In this study,the effects of nanodiamond(ND)and graphene microchip(GNP)on the crystallization behavior and thermal properties of polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)were investigated.PPS/ND and PPS/GNP composites were prepared by melt blending,and it was found that the addition of nD and GNP significantly increased the crystallization temperature and accelerated the crystallization rate of PPS.
