天然气脱水分子筛失效分析及故障诊断

摘要
分子筛用于天然气脱水是最有前途的工艺之一,但是该工艺存在一个严重问题,就是分子筛的脱水能力会随着使用时间的增加而急剧下降.通过对pH值、热重、差示热重、扫描电镜等一系列实验研究,结果表明,分子筛的失效原因有 4 个方面:表面碱性被破坏;晶粒增大,发生团聚;孔内生成醇类、醚类和羊碳基硫化物等.
Abstract
Molecular sieves are one of the most promising processes for natural gas dehydration,but there is a serious problem with this process,which is that the dehydration ability of molecular sieves will sharply decrease with increasing use time.Through a series of experimental studies on pH value,thermogravimetric analysis,differential thermogravimetric analysis,scanning electron microscopy,etc.,the results show that there are four reasons for the failure of molecular sieves:surface alkalinity is destroyed;Grain size increases and agglomeration occurs;Alcohols,ethers,and sheep carbon based sulfides are generated within the pores.
