Optimization of operation to reduce nitrogen oxides from flue gas in FCC
Catalytic cracking feedstock contains nitrogen co mpounds, which will be converted into nitrogen oxides(NOx)after reaction and coke burning regeneration, and will be e mitted into the at mosphere with the flue gas, polluting the environ ment. This article studies the CO content,O2 content,te mperature, and a mmonia injection a mount in flue gas, analyzes the factors that affect the NOx content in regenerated flue gas,su mmarizes the production rules of NOx,and proposes measures to control NOx e missions.
