摘要
多功能推靠仪器在电缆测井作业中经常发生故障,对实际作业造成极大的影响,出现故障的时机具有偶然性且难以定位.针对该难题,提出系统性的分析思路,根据仪器的工作原理,对其外部影响因素(地面通讯,环境温度,外部供电)和内部影响因素(电路硬件和代码软件)进行排查,最后定位出仪器本身的程序设计存在缺陷,从而造成设备的不稳定,待电路程序修正后仪器表现正常,海上作业再无故障.
Abstract
The multi-function push-pull instrument often fails in wireline logging operation,which Has great influence on the actual operation.The time of failure is accidental and difficult to locate.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a systematic analysis idea.According to the working principle of the instrument,it investigates its external influencing factors(ground communication,ambient temperature,external power supply)and internal influencing factors(circuit Hardware and code software),and finally locates the defects in the program design of the instrument itself,resulting in the instability of the equipment.After the circuit program is corrected,the performance of the instrument is normal,and there is no fault in sea operation.
