摘要

某精细化工企业针对增塑剂废水高化学需氧量(CODcr)、高有机氮和难生物降解的特点,采用"水解脱酯+臭氧氧化"工艺对其进行预处理,综合废水采用"水解酸化+两级厌氧颗粒污泥膨胀床反应器+两级缺氧-好氧+两级曝气生物流化池+混凝沉淀"主体工艺处理.处理出水满足《石油化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB31571-2015),达到园区污水处理厂接纳标准.

Abstract

A combined process of hydrolysis de esterification and ozone oxidation is designed for the pretreatment of plasticizer wastewater characterized by high CODcr concentration,high organic nitrogen content and poor biodegradability in a fine chemical enterprise.The main process of"hydrolysis acidification+two-stage expended granular sludge bed(EGSB)+two-stage anoxic-oxic(A/O)+two-stage aerobic biological fluidized tank(ABFT)+coagulation-sedimentation"is used for the treatment of the comprehensive wastewater.The effluent water quality met the Emission standard of pollutants for petroleum chemistry industry(GB31571-2015),and reached the required standard of the sewage treatment plant in the park.
