天然气脱硫装置胺液发泡原因分析与对策研究

醇胺法脱硫工艺尤其是甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)法在天然气脱硫中较为常用.元坝净化厂溶剂再生装置运行过程中经常存在 MDEA脱硫溶液污染、发泡的问题.本文研究了造成胺液发泡的污染物的组成和来源,剖析了影响胺液发泡性和泡沫稳定性的主要因素,提出了预防胺液发泡的措施以及胺液发泡的处理措施,并介绍了目前较为成熟的胺液净化技术.
Cause analysis and countermeasures of amine liquid foaming in natural gas desulfurization unit
Alcohol amine desulfurization process,especially methyldiethanolamine(MDEA)method,is commonly used in natural gas desulfurization.The problem of MDEA desulfurization solution pollution and foaming often exists in the operation process of solvent regeneration device in Yuanba purification plant.This paper analyzes the composition and source of the pollutants that cause amine foaming,analyzes the main factors affecting the foaming and foam stability of amine fluid,puts forward the measures to prevent amine foaming and the treatment measures of amine foaming,and introduces the current mature amine liquid purification technology.
