Analysis of influence mechanism and measures of borehole cleaning in high inclination Wells
In the process of drilling construction,the highly inclined well is a common phenomenon.Because of its structural characteristics,it is difficult to clean the well.How to effectively solve this problem becomes an important factor to improve the efficiency and quality of drilling construction.This paper mainly analyzes the influence mechanism and measures of borehole cleaning in highly inclined Wells.The results show that the borehole cleaning effect will be improved with the increase of rotational speed,and the drilling fluid displacement will also affect the borehole cleaning effect during drilling.With the increase of the overall viscosity of drilling fluid,the cleaning effect of cuttings will also be improved simultaneously.In particular,it is necessary to choose the best cleaning method according to the actual situation of different construction sites.This paper discusses the influence mechanism of borehole cleaning in high inclination Wells,and tries to put forward reasonable strategies to practice on the basis of analyzing specific influencing factors,so as to provide reference support for specific construction activities.
