摘要

华龙一号乏燃料贮存格架中贮存套管之间采用激光焊焊缝进行连接,在保证焊缝全焊透的基础上,有效控制了工件焊接变形,保证了设备的焊缝强度、结构精度要求.通过对激光焊的工艺特点及焊接参数进行分析,并通过激光焊焊接工艺试验及评定进行参数验证,从而确定了适合产品焊缝的激光焊焊接工艺参数.通过对产品施焊中出现的各类焊接缺陷进行原因分析,提出激光焊工艺优化措施,确保激光焊焊接质量符合要求.

Abstract

The storage sleeves in Hualong No.1 spent fuel storage rack are connected by laser welds.On the basis of ensuring the full weld permeability,the welding deformation of the workpiece is effectively controlled,and the weld strength and structural accuracy requirements of the equipment are ensured.In this paper,by analyzing the process characteristics and welding parameters of laser welding,and verifying parameters through laser welding process test and evaluation,the laser welding process parameters suitable for product welding are determined.Through the analysis of the causes of various welding,the laser welding process optimization measures are proposed to ensure that the laser welding quality meets the requirements.
