Discussion and practice of digital management measures for natural gas pipeline project construction
This study discusses digital management measures in natural gas pipeline engineering projects and their impact on project management efficiency and quality through specific project cases.This case ensures the strict implementation of system requirements by formulating standardized management documents,and manages project progress through real-time monitoring of the application status of smart construction sites and regular data comparison and analysis,thus improving project operation efficiency and quality.In addition,the accuracy and completeness of key data are ensured through random data sampling and on-site retesting and review.These measures have significantly improved the transparency and productivity of project management,reflecting the important role of digital management in infrastructure projects.This study demonstrates the application value and potential of digital technology in improving the management level of engineering projects,and provides practical experience and reference for the digital transformation of other pipeline engineering projects.
