可溶球技术在渤海油田大井斜井中的应用

海上油田均采用丛式井,大部分井斜较大,随着油田开发生产的深入,水平井、大斜度井数量逐渐增加,修井工作量增加,由于井斜大于 65°难以进行常规钢丝作业投捞堵塞器,而连续油管作业风险高、工期长、费用高,针对水平井、大斜度井的生产封隔器座封存在很大困难.在水平井、大斜度井完井和修井过程中,采用球座配合可溶球实现管柱封堵来座封封隔器,可以安全、高效完成施工任务.

Offshore oil fields all use cluster wells,Most wells have large deviations,With the deepening of oilfield development and production,the number of horizontal wells and highly deviated wells gradually increases,and the workload of well repair increases.Due to the difficulty of conventional wire operation to remove blockers when the inclination is greater than 65 °,and the high risk,long construction period,and high cost of continuous tubing operation,there are great difficulties in setting production packers for horizontal wells and highly deviated wells.During the completion and repair processes of horizontal wells and highly deviated wells,the use of ball seats combined with soluble ball to achieve column sealing and seal the packer can safely and efficiently complete construction tasks
