Comparative study of logging while drilling technology and cable logging technology
The logging while drilling technology has received widespread attention for its real-time and high-precision performance,which can provide detailed information on downhole lithology,oil and gas content,and other factors.Cable logging technology is highly favored due to its wide applicability and low cost,and can provide reliable data in complex underground environments.This article compares the differences between the two in terms of data collection,interpretation efficiency,and applicable environment,and finds that logging while drilling technology has unique advantages in special conditions such as high temperature and high pressure wells and horizontal wells,while cable logging technology performs outstandingly in traditional vertical wells.
