The report of the 20th NCCPC emphasizes the deep integration of digital economy and real econo-my.Under the background of digitalization of agricultural enterprises,this paper uses the vertical case method to analyze the"instrumentalization-intellectualization-ecology"reform path of Beidahuang Group,extracts the logical framework of"resource-capability-value creation",and studies the value creation mecha-nism of agricultural industrialization enterprises in the digital age.In the process of transforming from instru-mentalization to intellgentization,it realizes the transition from standardization of production process to automation of production line,incorporates the subjective value of people,focuses on accumulating resource structure,forms stable resources by enriching resource capabilities to realize resource mobilization,utilizes the advantages of the platform to collect traffic,and realizes value creation in collaboration with various stakeholders.In the process of the transformation from intellectualization to ecology,the whole industrial chain data platform and industrial chain intelligent ecology are built,which mainly acquire resource structure,form coordination capacity through pioneering resources,use technological advantages to connect stakeholders to participate in the value creation process,and then embed in the digital innovation ecosystem.
