摘要
提升上海产业国际竞争力是在应对百年未有之大变局下,高效扩展海外市场、有效盘活利用国内资源,提高上海服务国家新发展格局和助力"十四五"经济社会快速健康发展的主要路径.课题组基于全球价值链理论、产业生命周期理论以及内生增长理论依据,构建出包含市场表现力、产业成长力和产业创新力三个维度的上海产业竞争力评价体系,遴选上海"十四五"期间集成电路、生物医药和人工智能"三大重点产业",以及电子信息、化工产业、汽车产业(新能源汽车)、民用航空、民用船舶和高端能源装备等 6 个长产业链、高复杂度、处于全球竞争前沿的产业进行综合分析,并在此基础上结合 2024 年发展趋势予以展望.
Abstract
Enhancing the international competitiveness of Shanghai's industries is the main path to cope with the unprecedented changes in a century,efficiently expand overseas markets,effectively activate and utilize domestic resources,improve Shanghai's service to the new development pattern of the country,and assist in the rapid and healthy development of the economy and society during the 14th Five Year Plan period.Based on global value chain theory,industry lifecycle theory,and endogenous growth theory,the research group has constructed a Shanghai industrial competitiveness evaluation system that includes three dimensions:market performance,industrial growth,and industrial innovation.The three key industries of integrated electronics,biomedicine,and artificial intelligence during the 14th Five Year Plan period in Shanghai,as well as six long industrial chains,high complexity,and cutting-edge industries such as electronic information,chemical industry,automotive industry(new energy vehicles),civil aviation,civil shipbuilding,and high-end energy equipment,have been selected for comprehensive analysis.Based on this,further development prospects have been made in combination with the development trends in 2024.
