Research on the Evolution Path and Mechanism of Medical and Health Service Industry Parks,from the Perspective of Value Co-creation
Taking the development of Shanghai's medical and health service industry as a sample,five representative parks are selected,and a cross case study method is used to explore the evolution paths of parks under different value drivers,including medical services,transformation services,R&D services,and comprehensive services.Further analyze the process and internal mechanism of the evolution of a health service ecosystem that connects multiple innovative entities and promotes complementary multilateral resources.The changes in the relationships between various value co-creators drive dynamic changes in resource integration,knowledge exchange,and institutional arrangements,ultimately supporting the sustained evolution of value co-creation.A set of strategies involves market and technology,forming supply-demand matching through resource complementarity and achieving technological innovation through knowledge collaboration.Another set of strategies is institutional arrangement,which includes two levels:institutional docking and institutional co-construction.Through institutional docking,consensus is reached and organizational coordination is achieved.Integrate various functions through institutional collaboration to achieve network connectivity.The research concludes that"medical driving industry development"is an important characteristic of the evolution of medical and health service industry parks,and doctors should intervene and participate in the entire transformation process from the source.The development platforms of medical and health service industry parks are currently mostly operated by state-owned capital,ensuring the quality of services and the purification of innovation through restrictive and standardized operations.The various entities in the medical and health service industry park have division of labor and positioning,and establish a collaborative network of stakeholders through aggregation.The role of the government is to promote trust and alliance relationships,ultimately achieving value co-creation.The study provides three insights:Shanghai needs to promote the continuous improvement of a multi-level and multi-dimensional medical service system,further strengthen the innovative drug research and development industry chain guided by clinical needs,and provide comprehensive policy support for the development and evolution of medical and health service industry parks.
