多维邻近性对创新溢出的影响——基于生命周期的视角

创新溢出是加快实现高水平科技自立自强的重要步骤,也是构建新发展格局的关键环节.创新生命周期分为搜寻期、熟知期、更迭期、振兴期、替代期和沉默期.基于1985-2022年专利引证数据,采用QAP回归分析方法,分析多维邻近对创新全生命周期的溢出影响.研究表明:认知邻近性显著促进了创新全生命周期的溢出,表明认知差异是创新溢出的基础,显著影响了溢出需求和成本;技术、地理和关系邻近性显著促进了前5个时期的创新溢出,表明技术、地理和关系邻近性提高了溢出需求并降低了溢出成本;由于空间锁定和拥挤效应,地理邻近性显著抑制了沉默期的创新溢出;由于知识产权保护、制度锁定等原因,社会邻近性显著抑制了熟知期、更迭期、振兴期和替代期的创新溢出.
The Impact of Multidimensional Proximity on Innovation Spillover:A Life Cycle Perspective
Innovation spillover is an important step to accelerate the realization of high-level sci-tech self-reliance and self-strengthening,and is also a key link in building the new development pattern.The paper divides the innovation life cycle into search period,familiar period,change period,revitalization period,substitution period and silence period.Based on the patent data from 1985 to 2022,using QAP regression analysis method,this paper studies the influence of multidimensional proximity on national innovation spillover in different periods.The results show that:cognitive proximity significantly promotes innovation spillover during innovation life cycle,indicating that cognitive difference was the basis of innovation spillover and significantly affected the spillover demand and cost.Technology,geography and relationship proximity significantly promote innovation spillover in the first five periods,indicating that technology,geography and relationship proximity increase spillover demand and reduce spillover cost.Due to spatial lock-in and crowding effects,geographical proximity significantly inhibits innovation spillover during the silent period.Due to intellectual property protection and institutional lock-in,social proximity significantly inhibits innovation spillover during in the familiar period,change period,the revitalization period and the substitution period.
