Biomimetic blood is an important liquid medium for simulation experiments in vitro,and its characteristic values are often comply with blood characteristics.At present,there is a lack of systematic experimental reports on the preparation and characteristic values of biomimetic blood for simulation experiments.This article systematically prepares several typical simulated biomimetic blood at different proportions and analyzes its density and viscosity characteristics in detail.The prepared biomimetic blood can be stored for more than 30 days,which can be better applied to the study of the interaction between biomimetic devices and the blood circulation system.
