This paper puts forward a proposal for quantifying the micrometer group value of optical interferometric methanometers and a specific calibration method, which adopts the principle of increasing the reading microscope to quantify and analyze the reading value during the calibration process, and applies the principle of uncertainty assessment, which can effectively reduce the uncertainty error component introduced by the reading of optical interferometric methanometers, and improve the accuracy and scientificity of the calibration of the optical interferometric methanometers.
