摘要

对亥姆霍兹线圈原理进行了分析,利用仿真软件COMSOL对不同半径和线圈间距的亥姆霍兹线圈进行仿真,分析了影响其磁感应强度大小和均匀区的因素.基于仿真结果设计了一套符合磁力式磁强计校准规范的校准装置.通过实验验证结果可知,校准装置亥姆霍兹线圈的磁场范围为0.05~10 mT,均匀度满足0.2%要求时,均匀区直径大于60 mm,该装置校准磁力式磁强计时相对扩展测量不确定度为1.2%.

Abstract

In this paper,the principle of Helmholtz coil is analyzed,and the simulation software COMSOL is used to simulate Helmholtz coils with different radii and coil spacings,and the factors affecting the magnitude and uniformity zone of its magnetic induction intensity are analyzed.Based on the simulation results,a set of calibration device is designed to meet the calibration specifications of magnetic magnetometer,and the results of experimental verification show that the magnetic field range of the Helmholtz coil of the calibration device is from 0.05 mT to 10 mT,and the diameter of the uniform zone is larger than 60 mm when the uniformity meets the requirement of 0.2%,and the relative extended measurement uncertainty of this device for calibrating the magnetic magnetometer is 1.2%.
