摘要

以一款PWM方波控制的流量输出调节系统为例,理论分析并实验验证了PWM方波的边沿时间对传导发射的影响.结果表明PWM方波边沿时间在 2.5~520 μs范围内变化会导致研究中的流量输出调节系统在0.1~10 MHz频率范围内的传导发射电压幅值变化,在(1±0.2)MHz频率范围内最大差异达到30.6 dB.本研究可以为采用PWM方波控制的电子电气产品的电磁兼容设计和整改提供技术参考.

Abstract

Taking a PWM square wave controlled flow output adjustment system as an example,the effect of the edge time of the PWM square wave on the conducted emission is theoretically analyzed and experimentally verified.The results show that the PWM square wave edge time from 2.5 μs to 520 μs will lead to a variation in the amplitude of the conducted emission in the frequency range of 100 kHz to 10 MHz,with a maximum difference of 30.6 dB in the frequency range(1±0.2)MHz.This study can provide technical reference for the electromagnetic compatibility design and rectification of electronic and electrical products using PWM square wave control.
