摘要
为了解全国各大区检定人员使用毛细管黏度计标准装置的实际水平和技术能力,考察对 JJG 155-2016的执行情况和开展量值传递的准确一致程度,由上海市计量测试技术研究院主导,组织开展了工作毛细管黏度计大区间量值比对.各参比实验室依据比对实施方案中的相关规定对传递标准进行了比对试验.各参比实验室的|En|值均小于1,比对结果满意.
Abstract
In order to understand the actual level and technical ability of capillary viscometer standard devices in various regions of the country,and to investigate the implementation of JJG 155-2016 and the accuracy and consistency of carrying out measurement value transmission,a large-scale interval measurement comparison of routine capillary viscometers was organized by Shanghai Institute of Measurement and Testing Technology.Each reference laboratory conducted an intercomparison test of the transfer standards according to the intercomparison implementation plan.The|En|values of all reference laboratories are less than 1,and the comparison results are satisfactory.
