In order to solve the unexpected communication performance degradation of Intelligent Network Products Ethernet ports during electrical fast transient/burst immunity test,a pulse suppression device for 100 Mbps Ethernet ports has been developed.The device can effectively improve the problem of unexpected connection interruption of Ethernet links under electrical fast transient/burst immunity test.The maximum residual voltage is 38.8 V after pulse suppression from±4 kV.And there is no significant change in communication performance after the device is applied to Ethernet link.The research may provide some theoretical and technical support for more accurate determination of the Ethernet ports under fast transient/burst immunity tests.
